Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy on all products purchased through 2postcarlifts.com. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery confirmation, not the order date. We recommend inspecting your equipment immediately upon arrival to ensure it meets your specifications and arrives in perfect condition.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: The lift or accessory must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. Equipment that has been assembled, mounted, or put into service cannot be returned.
  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components, hardware, manuals, and accessories. Missing components may result in partial refund or return rejection.
  • No Damage: Products must show no signs of installation attempts, wear, modification, or damage beyond normal inspection handling.
  • Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer expense.

Important: Due to the specialized nature of automotive lifting equipment, we require photographic documentation of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items before processing a return authorization. This helps us improve our quality control and expedite your refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products and situations are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-ordered or special-order equipment manufactured to your specifications
  • Installed, assembled, or used lifting equipment
  • Equipment showing signs of installation attempts (drilled holes, mounting marks, floor anchoring, etc.)
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items (clearly marked as such on product pages)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or environmental exposure after delivery
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery confirmation

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Team

  • Your order number
  • Product name and SKU
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product in current condition (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1 business day and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return qualifies. This RA number must be clearly marked on all return packages. Returns without an RA number will be refused.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully repack the equipment in its original packaging. Ensure all components, hardware, and documentation are included. Ship the package to the address provided in your RA confirmation email.

Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during transit). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the equipment within 2-3 business days. If the return meets all eligibility requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Details

Approved returns will receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Exchanges

We gladly process exchanges for different models, capacities, or specifications. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different product, contact our team with your RA request and specify the desired replacement item. We'll coordinate the exchange process and communicate any price differences if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your equipment arrives damaged or exhibits manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at hello@2postcarlifts.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including return shipping labels for the damaged item.

All lifting equipment is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment. However, transit damage can occur. We work with all major freight carriers and will file claims on your behalf to ensure rapid resolution.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we ship the wrong product to you, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item via expedited shipping at no additional charge. Simply contact our team within 48 hours of delivery to report the error.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet all eligibility requirements. However, returns that are missing components, show signs of use, or lack original packaging may be subject to a partial refund based on the condition and completeness of the returned items.
