We've built our shipping infrastructure around professional-grade freight logistics to ensure your equipment arrives in perfect condition, ready for installation.

We provide complimentary freight shipping on every 2-post car lift and accessory order, with no minimum purchase requirement. This applies to all shipments within the continental United States. Your total at checkout is your final cost — no hidden shipping fees, ever.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All 48 contiguous states are serviced via our contracted freight network. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Transit time depends on your location:

  • Zone 1 (Midwest/South Central): 3-5 business days
  • Zone 2 (East Coast/West Coast): 5-7 business days
  • Zone 3 (Remote/Rural areas): 7-10 business days

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your shipment departs our facility. Freight carriers typically contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery window.

Freight Delivery Process

All 2-post car lifts are shipped via commercial freight carrier on pallets. Standard delivery is curbside, meaning the driver will unload your lift to the nearest accessible point at ground level (driveway, curb, or loading dock).

What to Expect:

  • Shipments arrive on a large semi-truck with lift gate or pallet jack
  • Driver will place pallets at your specified location (ground-level only)
  • You are responsible for moving the lift from curbside into your facility
  • Signature required upon delivery — inspect all items before signing

Inside Delivery: If you require inside placement or installation assistance, contact us at hello@2postcarlifts.com or +1 270-240-4495 prior to ordering. We can arrange white-glove delivery services for an additional fee.

Receiving Your Shipment

Upon delivery, inspect all packaging immediately. If you notice visible damage to boxes, pallets, or shrink wrap, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph any damage and contact us within 24 hours.

After unpacking, verify all components against the included packing list. Missing or damaged parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement under our shipping guarantee.

Shipping Damage or Loss

While rare, freight damage can occur. If your lift arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage on the freight carrier's delivery receipt
  • Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • Email photos and receipt to hello@2postcarlifts.com within 24 hours
  • We will file a freight claim and ship replacement parts or a new unit at no cost

Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim is resolved. The freight carrier may need to inspect it.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your shipment in real time via the carrier's website or by contacting their customer service line.
