Tesla diagnostics can be frustrating when you have the scan tool, but the Tesla software is locked behind an add on. This Tesla Software One-Year Update and Add on is built to unlock Tesla diagnostic support on supported TOPDON Phoenix tools, so you can scan, troubleshoot, and confirm repairs on common Tesla platforms without switching tool ecosystems.
This is a one year subscription that enables Tesla coverage for supported Phoenix models only, including the Phoenix Max, Smart, Remote, XLink, Elite, and Plus 2. Once activated, it expands your ability to diagnose key Tesla systems and pull the information you need for real world service work, including reading and clearing fault codes, checking modules, and validating fixes.
Coverage includes Tesla Model S, Model X, and Model 3 (model years 2014 through 2020). Supported systems include BDY, THC, TPMS, PARK2, SDM by BOSH, TAS, BMS, and ESP, making this a practical add on for shops that see Tesla vehicles and want to keep that work in house.

Installation requires a minimum 11-foot ceiling height and adequate floor reinforcement (4-inch minimum concrete thickness recommended).
